Excellent customer service. Fresh Service and 12 months Mot before deliver a car to customer. What else do you expect from car dealer. The owner is very polite and calm and answer all my questions accurately.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Carderi motors especially considering this was the first car I've purchased and I know nothing about cars! The process was really smooth. A lovely family business, I would highly recommend.

Started off by selling me a car with NO DOCUMENTS, the car now has a faulty engine just over 3 months later and of course they believe that the warranty was now invalid even though they are by law meant to offer 6 months warranty! Manager goes back and forth trying to make every excuse possible as to why the car isn’t faulty and even after admitting the engine may have a problem he then goes back and says he never said that. Doesn’t provide valid paperwork and even though he said he sent off for a green slip haven’t seen this for months! The warranty is with a different company completely which is no help, and the manager won’t take responsibility for anything, swears on the phone and is rude throughout any conversation, he just wants cash so to trust this guy is honestly insane. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF! PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK.
