Excellent service, very efficient and very good social distancing

Absolutely shocking experience - zero customer service. I have been using this centre for over 10 years but this time round for servicing is appalling. They've had my car since yesterday morning for MOT and service. Despite a phone call yesterday that it was ready (too late in the day for me to pick it up) and my request simply for wiper blades to be added to the service repairs, they have not called today at all for me to pick it up and despite phoning every number available for the last 6 hours, no one has answered the phone. This is absolutely unacceptable and they have lost me as a customer as a result.

I can only add to what has been written here I wish I had read through it before sending my van in. They say all the right things but seem to think you can manage without a vehicle for days on end while they do nothing and don't call you. so far I have waited a day to be told exactly what I told them when I took the van in ,now nothing phone lines all go in circles automated messages that just loop on them selves. Emails not replied to and text messages ignored its a disgrace. The sooner they close the better then other people can no longer be treated like this. This is our second encounter with this garage and the first was just as bad we ended up taking the van out because they had done nothing for two days saying they couldn't get the door open the van obviously had dead locks fitted and the key was given to them!!!!

Please avoid this dealership. After waiting a month for an appointment I took my car in for a diagnostics test on a transmission issue. My appointment was booked for 9am on Wednesday morning, on arrival I was told the technician wouldn't be in till the afternoon, but they would run the tests then and get in touch with the results. I received a phone call around 3pm to say my car wouldn't be seen to that day. The next day after receiving no updates I tried to contact the dealership only to get stuck in their automated phone system, being bounced between different departments until someone just hung the phone up on me (this seems to be a common occurrence if you read some of the reviews) . I tried multiple times to get in touch with the dealership with the same results. I finally managed to speak to someone at Trustford online who assured me they would contact the Alperton service centre and be in touch by the end of the day, but I never heard back. By Friday I was very frustrated, I tried phoning multiple times but with no response, only to receive a text message saying again my car wouldn't be seen that day and they would need to keep it over the weekend. At this point I went online and read some of the many negative reviews, (something I wish I had done prior to booking my car in here) some saying they had waited up to a month after dropping their car off for it to be serviced. I decided it would be easier to go and collect my car the next morning and take it to a more reputable dealership. The customer service here is non-existent and I have no idea how they remain affiliated with Ford at all. Please read some of the other reviews of people who have a similar or often far worse experiences than me and think twice before taking your vehicle here.

The staff were very friendly and informative. My biggest gripe was that, despite prebooking and stating exactly what I wanted done during the service, I this wasn't apparently missed so have had to take a day off work to take the car back for another service. Interestingly, the report that I received on the first visit said that everything was working fine when clearly this wasn't the case!
