Outstanding service by the owner who places the interests of customers above concerns for profit, which seems to drive all other businesses these days. Mo easily saved me £1,000 compared to the quote I got from Mercedes. I took my Mercedes B170 to this shop on 19th February 2020. Mo, the owner was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Mo's garage. He did not have lots of cars waiting to be repaired which would leave me wondering how long it would take for my car to be attended to. No, Mo is far to professional for that. He attended to me as per my appointment time. My vehicle was thoroughly diagnosed, the problem identified, parts ordered immediately. and repairs carried out on the same day. Great customer service without having to break the bank. My car is running smoothly and I am confident that should an issues occur (which I doubt). I can return the car to Mo without any fuss. I recommend him 100% for all Mercedes owners.
