I have never been to a better Volkswagen branch and I will be back for all my MOTs and services going forward. I was greeted straight away by Michelle who was very friendly and welcomed me into the branch on arrival. She then directed me to the area for services. Once at the service desk a lovely lady Melody served me and dealt with all my questions and made sure my car was serviced swiftly as I was in a rush. She was incredibly professional and really helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend this branch and their hard working staff!

Giving Beadles Bromley 4 stars as the quality of work and service received on the day was perfect. As you would expect from a VW dealer, no complaints whatsoever. This is not a 5 star review because of the dreadful booking process. Dealing with the call center is an absolute pain, the staff do not know anything about the works to be done and therefore it is impossible to get any meaningful answer or clarification to any technical question.

I had my first service yesterday and from the moment I walked In was looked after. The car was serviced quickly.. A big thank you to Sarah for sorting out any problems I had. I'll definatly be coming to you guys for another lease car. Thanks.

Sadly I have had to reduce my rating from 4* when the car was serviced (Melody was very helpful) to 2*. My car key is faulty and needs new batteries every 4 to 5 months as a result. I've asked for a new key to be provided under the warranty but Beadles refuse despite them saying this was a common issue. Disappointed in Beadles and VW.
