Had a flat tire on the hottest day in London this year. Was not looking forward to the journey to the service centre but Simon did a quick job of it and all for free too! We had just serviced our car at theirs a few weeks before the incident and they did a great job. Hopefully won’t have to be in till the next service is due!
Excellent customer service. My S4 Avant developed a problem on the drive from Nottingham to Beckenham and Bromley Audi were brilliant. Even though they had no slots available, they were able to squeeze us in at very short notice on Friday 28th December and diagnose the fault with my car; because they understood that I had to get my family back to Nottingham on Saturday 29th, and they wanted to confirm for me ifbmy car would be safe or not. Our thanks to Jason St'Catherine the service advisor who was the one that sorted squeezing us in and Mat Fletcher who did us a great Audi Cam video to show us the faults.
