Over a number of decades of buying and selling my cars this was hands down the best experience I've had to date. This was largely due to the brilliant service on the part of Hannah Zegli. From the moment I called to driving my car away a week later, she delivered impeccable, friendly, efficient service. I've never really enjoyed the process especially through a dealership before and this has completely changed that for me. I found her and her team to be sincere and genuinely helpful. While you wait service and MOT was on time and we had a place to wait in a Covid safe way. Toilets available, no refreshments as expected so bring a drink or snack. Took 2 and a half hours & the car was cleaned and hoovered which was nice. Will use them again.

Went to get some parts to my car. The staff in the parts department who tried to help me was absolutely useless with zero knowledge. He couldn’t find the stock I wanted and whatever I asked, I didn’t receive a response. Finally, he took all my details and promised me to call me back with estimates. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen. I even called them by myself for the update but no one ever called me back. I am very disappointed with this poor customer service and the way how they ignore customers. Would never come back or recommend to anyone.

Car health check and brakes sorted all in one day. Traffic getting there was awful but they called me to check I was on way to collect my car and they waited for me.
