Clean, organised, friendly...I have just been to seek some help for my new Electric Mini. I could not open the bonnet. Michael and Archie made my day. As it is a new car I did not dare to pull the leaver too hard but they have done it for me. It was like being with my older brother and younger brother helping me out with my new car! I left smiling...it made such an amazing difference in these horrid time. I am very grateful...keep safe Archie and Michael...

They are very professional and treat you with great respect. They also pay close attention to the care of your car. I also commend them for being Covid 19 safe.
I cannot fault the service that I have received from the repairs/service department, they went above and beyond to help service and repair my car. I am currently out of the country and unable to travel due to covid-19 and travel restrictions, yet despite the distance and times zones i was contacted throughout and kept up to date on the progress. The communication throughout has been excellent and very professional. I also want to mention that my friend that dropped off my car to the showroom advised that their covid-19 policy and system they have in place is very impressive and a credit to the team.
