Good customer services, I ended up buying a new car
Gareth was absolutely amazing. From start to finish of the whole process he was fab. Helped me exchange my car and found me my new dream car, and the whole thing took 3 weeks. He’s professional yet super friendly and down to earth and I will be 100% returning when I want a new car.
I went along with my sister a few weeks ago so that she could buy a car and was so impressed with the service she received from Hannan the sales person, that I went back a few days later and brought a car too! He went above and beyond to help both of us find a car that met our requirements and was very informative. So if your looking for a new/used car be sure to ask for him!
Our Vauxhall moka had to go in for a front bumper sensor that some nice person removed and stole in supermarket car park . Graham on the service desk was super helpful and we can not thank him enough for he’s professional service and polite manor once again thanks graham your a credit to your company.

Terrible service and would not go back. I took my car in for a repair as I had issues with the gear box. They were unable to diagnose the problem and could only recommend changing the clutch despite no signs of defect to the clutch.
Did not out a claim in the the warranty company and I was left paying the full bill of £1114.
Requested the old clutch back for analysis and to take to another garage for a second opinion and was told that it was in the bin and then told I cant have ot because it has been sent to Vauxhall. Then finally told I can have it but have to pay an additional £25.
Made complaints and was unsatisfied about the replies.
I have never complained formally in the past about anything but it had to on this occasion.
I am receiving legal advise and taking the matter further.
