Lack of communication between the call center and the branch, I have been told that I can go to the branch to have the Me adapter fitted as long as I have the car documents with me in the end they wouldn't do it because of covid 19. all it is an adapter to fit to my car I told them if you give me the adapter I would set it up myself the but the sales rep was trying to be technical as if. I told her that I drove all the way to you just to waste my time but she carried on saying the same thing again and again like a robot. Anyway not happy and won't be dealing with them again.
