Got a quote from the website, explained on there that there was only a part service history and the quote was based on that. Told the agent over the phone that there was PSH as well and he was fine with that. Got to my appointment and the agent told me that I put full service history on the website so the price would be £300 lower. I told him to check again as I knew I hadn’t, he came back and agreed that I had put psh on the website but the price was still £300 lower for no reason, definitely tried to pull a fast one on me. The offer was still okay so I accepted but he wouldn’t honour the original price which I thought was very unprofessional. Other than that was stress free. I would go to other ones nearby instead of this one.
