This Volkswagen dealership is very good. They are always very helpful whenever I have issues or questions about my car. Definitely ask for Tony when you go there, he always goes the extra mile for his customers and is extremely helpful which is very nice.

Staff didn't seem too bothered to make a sale
Tony Mancini was lovely! We walked in without an appointment and he was busy but he immediately gave us the car key to the car we wanted to see and was extra friendly. He was so welcoming and gave space and time to see the car and start it and all. We had just come from Mercedes collindale where we were abused by staff to Volkswagen where Tony was so helpful and kind.
