Fantastic experience! My service advisor Georgia Collins was brilliant. She was very welcoming and explained everything so well. She kept me up to date and even sent me a video of my car whilst the service was being carried out. I will definitely be going back to Finchley Road and I hope that Georgia is my advisor again. I took my Audi in for regular MOT, my car had no prior issues but Audi called me and raised some concerns. It came to a pretty high unexpected cost but as always Finchley Road Audi went above and beyond and was able to get it down to a reasonable price. A very big thank you to Harry in the tyres department that really went above and beyond. I’ve never had a bad service at Finchley Road Audi and everyone is super lovely and always communicate before they do anything. Appreciative of the service!
