My experience was quite good. I had appointment booked with levc went there approach be a lady I think called Cara she is the only lady working in service department she was very polite took my car give me a loan cab for4 days after 4 days my car was fixed washed and fully charged like a brand new taxi.

Purchased a used TX4 one year ago that came with 3 year warranty , been back 5 times for the same fault twice they have had the vehicle for over a week and keep telling me that they can’t find a problem. I drive this cab every day and every day the same fault since day one of purchasing the vehicle ( meant to have a 100 point check before being sold OBVIOUSLY NOT THIS ONE) Called them Friday morning to report the issue again was told they would call me back but never did Had enough now I will be getting in touch with the finance company and the LTDA for advice as the vehicle is not fit for purpose.

Head office need to provide more replacement taxis to this office. No replacement taxis available for breakdowns. Was informed previously that additional taxis were being brought in but would appear this is not enough. Is there a underlining concern we should know about? Customer callbacks are not happening. When you do phone service and leave message no-one comes back to you. Receptionist informs you your messages have been forwarded they appear to be getting a raw deal from the service team failure to update. Can head office provide more taxis replacement and provide a aftercare booklet on minor faults which could be done by drivers. At present these are on social media sites and not in any kind of order. Failure to provide a proper customer service only provides poor reviews it's a great looking taxi and offers a fantastic drive but to many failures and not enough replacement taxis in the first 2 years needs to be looked into seriously by LEVC CEOs.
