Excellent customer service. There is a whole team helping out right through from ordering to delivery drivers. Make you feel valued as a customer. As a self employed person I believe in "The customer is King" and Cazoo always seem to know who they are talking to and work together as a team. Noon phone menus. Other companies take note ! Perfect experience. Bought my Audi TT online - good price, no haggling. Online purchase process simplicity in the extreme. Delivery (free to my home) within 5 days) . They provide a 2 hour delivery slot. Car was immaculate - as advertised. Very friendly and helpful handover. Really takes the hassle out of buying a new car. Hope they have a broader stock by the time I come to buy another car! Happy customer👌

My partner and I completely regret using Cazoo. We purchased a car over a month ago and it still hasn't been delivered. A week after getting approved for finance, we were sent the paperwork to sign via the lender website only to find out we were rejected but Cazoo failed to update us. For weeks, we called almost everyday for updates, we were told different information every time. One time we were told they've put us with another lender called Evolution because Black Horse had rejected our application then the next day Cazoo would tell us we are back with Black Horse. It's so frustrating as we're trying to sort it out but Cazoo kept telling us someone will call us back to provide updates and they never do. We dealt with a guy called Nathan and he said he'll handle the case and promised to call back the following day but he never did. We deal with a different person every day. How frustrating is it to have to explain your situation every day to a different person only to be told we will get a call back but never do? Folks don't be fooled by the advertising! Cazoo needs to invest on excellent customer service first. How disappointing.

Possibly the best customer service experience I've ever had ! Car arrived on time and immaculate. The delivery guy even dried off the rain drops ! He allowed me to familiarise myself with the controls while he loaded up my old car and answered every question clearly and professionally. He also explained the aftercare process. The whole ordering process from finding my car online to receiving it took less than a week. I am very impressed with this company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. First class !

Bit skeptical and nervous at first to buy/part ex my car online, but overall service was good, new car is great. Exchange and handover was really easy and fast & the delivery guy was really nice, explained everything to me and made sure I was happy before he left. The new car is perfect, no issues, and the little extras left in the car are really lovely.
