The system worked very well. Having never heard of Motorway, I was initially a little sceptical of how it would work. The initial contacts came across a little 'Del Boy' in style, but were always very friendly. having to take so many photos (45 in all!) was a little tedious but at the end of the day everything went well and the full payment was received immediately before release of the car. The after sales team were also very supportive, and I would certainly use Motorway again. Thanks

I must have got the jobsworth from Motorway when I spoke to them - My VW car is three years old and done 12,000 miles so would warrant two full dealer services. It has those but when I bought the car from a non VW dealership they changed the oil and filter and so because they did I was told that would have to take £500 off the valuation. Accordingly, there are better deals out there. Just sorry I wasted my time on this lot.

Waste of time really. Everything seemed fine, I got an adequate offer for me car which I accepted, I was told the buyer who was part of their 'trusted network' would be in touch within 48 hours. Waited 2 weeks and heard nothing.
