The whole experience was made so easy by the team. Majority of our communication was over the phone, which was very convenient. The process was quite simple, I picked a car and if the car passed its checks, you’d sort out payment and delivery. In the case that the car you chose does not pass the check, you are presented with different similar options. The team is very friendly and made the process smooth and simple for me. I would definitely recommend buyacar to anyone. Great people. Amazing service.

Highly recommend both this company and new way to buy a car. The process was both efficient and staff team extremely professional. We selected the car and had it delivered within 10 days. Each step of the process was clearly described and supported by the team. On the day of delivery of the vehicle we were informed by the driver of the time he would be arriving. He was on time and very informative about the car, making sure we were fully satisfied with the car before signing it over to us. The car itself was just as described and immaculately clean. The 14 day money back no quibble return policy allowed us the time to evaluate the car fully and I'm delighted to say we haven't been disappointed with it.

I cane to buy a car for my 2nd vehicle with my first finance contract. The customer service is excellent. Always helpful, so polite and deal with your orders very quickly. I did not have one problem with but a car. As well as the driver who delivered my vehicle to my address, such a nice lad who showed me everything about the car. I will definitely stay with but a car for my future finance purposes. Highly recommend
