Excellent Service from Hyundai team and especially from Charles F. from Hyundai Call Centre. He managed to guide me through the process and assist me to secure my new Hyundai Tuscon. Not busy when I visited for a spare part
Just picked up my car after a 40k service. Paul was great in getting everything sorted out after and invalidated warranty issue from robins and day dealership nearly cost me an arm and a leg. Quick turnaround of 2 days which helped me out due to my work commitments. Something to be said about using the brand owners instead of a third party. Will use from now on. 5/5
Was a very easy process buying a car. The salesman was great. The only issue I have is that I came with a half a tank of fuel but my new car was not.
The staff were professional and friendly. Especially car salesman Archie, Business Manager Steve and General Sales Manager Vanessa. All of them helped me to find a car to fit my budget. Everything was explained thoroughly and to make sure that I understood, what I was undertaking. I had bought a Hyundai Tuscan in 2017 and the experience then was horrendous and the person I was dealing with then, locked me into a horrendous balloon payment and did not tell me at all. Although I did complain on the survey, nothing was done about. Totally different experience when getting another car. Archie, Steve and Vanessa were brilliant and gave me a good price for my car. Would recommend for anyone to go and buy a car from them. Best service ever
