If you are paying for your own repair, check labour costs in advance. The costs imply expert rates but the expert took 5 hours to replace the headlamp on my car....an expert should have known what to do and shouldn't have taken 5 hours + to complete the job. The bill ended up over £1.3k in total to change 1 headlamp ... and that included a gesture of good will discount.
This garage are simply fantastic. I took my car to this garage after being recommended by a friend and i was delighted with the fantastic customer service and highly professional service that i received. I have owned Landrover's my whole life and being from Devon I have struggled in London to find a landrover approved garage that are honest, capable, polite and experienced. All i can say is thank goodness i found Kinghams. The team are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Superb service from nothing less than a superb garage.
