I had an excellent experience buying a car at Croydon Mercedes from Fardeen who is a very knowledge and helpful part of their sales team. He arranged a test drive at very short notice, answered many questions and kept me informed on the order throughout. He is excellent and I would recommend highly. They have loads of stock and it's one of the bigger showrooms so you can get a first hand look at many of the models.

An amazing and personal experience once again from the Service team at Croydon. Dan Riddles the Service manager always goes out of his way to ensure a Memorable World Class Service is provided to all his clientele. Whilst waiting for my vehicle I observed and witnessed how focused and dedicated the entire team actually are, and how they all go the extra mile with each and every single customer delighting them and seeing everyone leave the dealership smiling. Let’s remember that these guys have been working hard and have been busy throughout the entire pandemic, alongside all other key workers to ensure everyone is serviced well and all vehicles are fit for purpose. I have just purchased my fabulous electric Smart, I have been very impressed with the salesman Fardeen who managed to support and help me with all of the remote online form filling which at times was a challenge. It made the whole experience stress free Can’t recommend him and his team enough.
