Wayne was super helpful with assistanting us with purchase of a new karoq and helping us with our options regarding new or old. - let us go for a test drive as a family too see if the car seat and buggy would fit. As we had a nissan juke and that was too small now. - karoq was perfect for us. Wayne did a great job and we were both pleased with the service. Cant wait too pick up our new a car this week.
I was looking for a reliable used Skoda at short notice. Sales manager quickly found a car that matched my needs while we were on the phone, and I was able to test drive and purchase the car the same morning after a short wait. Sales department and engineers were helpful forthcoming friendly and honest about all questions asked. Great if you want a car from a reliable dealer with little fuss and if you want to buy efficiently and quickly.
This was our first visit to this showroom and we were very happy with the treatment we received. The salesman had arrived early on a Sunday, to enable us to have a test drive before the traffic got too busy, which was very helpful. We managed to get a deal agreed without any problems which was great for us. On this experience I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone.
