This company made an unauthorised deduction of over £6000 from our account!
We returned a van that was delivered to us in poor condition over a year previously. On returning it they claimed that we had damaged it, despite photos showing no discernible difference. We disputed the deductions that Northgate claimed and they were told this, but took a payment from us without our permission. Absolutely beware - we will now have to litigate and claim costs from these cowboys.
Whenever I go here I always have to wait a very long time.
