Initial order placed wrong so had to go back to showroom to correct the error before order placed. Collection day supposed to collect vehicle at 1pm did not leave the showroom until 4pm due to the time it takes to valet the car! Good job I was not part exchanging a vehicle as it would have taken longer. Gap insurance now dealt with off site and I had to chase this for policy details to insure that the car was covered from collection date.

The person booking the MOT suggested an AC refresh.i went for it as the AC performance was not very good. After the job was done, my AC performance has actually degraded to the point of not even noticeable.

In the current situation my mini service was handled very professionally and courteously. The new social distancing measures were followed and I felt very safe when collecting my car. The car itself was spotlessly clean upon collection giving me the feeling of security.

I saw a used Mini online that I was interested in a couple of weeks ago, and when I checked more recently it was still available - so I visited the dealership to have a look. Buying a car is a big commitment, but Asif delivered an excellent experience. He explained everything clearly and was not pushy, which made me feel much more at ease. He was patient in answering any questions I had. If the after-sales service is anything like my experience of buying the car, then I shall be a Mini owner for a long time!

Was called on Monday afternoon at 5.20pm to say car would be ready for 9.30am on Tuesday. It is now 12.07pm on Tuesday and I am still waiting for my car. This has been the same service for the last 5 years I have been coming here. They clearly dont care or respond to feedback. Avoid at all costs!!!! Edit: Response to owner You're response means absolute zilch as its been like this for the last 5 years and you've said you'll take the feedback on board, which clearly you don't. You're staff have exceptionally poor customer service skills. I will not be coming back
