My car didn't get seen. Lost uber money for pick n drop.
I had an issue with my bonnet on my BMW that I purchased over a year and where it was not closing correctly. I called through to the body shop department and a very helpful gentleman by the name of Chris invited me around to get the issue looked at. Upon arrival, he was in easily helpful and managed to sort the issue out in a matter of minutes.. great customer service from Chris and he is most certainly a great asset to the BMW team.
absolutely awful experience - I recently purchased a BMW and wanted an independent review by a dealer. I contacted the service department and my call was taken by a young lady with zero listening skills and understanding. Thankfully I was told about BMW Berry in Thames Ditton, wow what a difference. Although I live 10 minutes from Cooper I will gladly travel 30 mins to Berry, I highly recommend them for customer service and expertise
I visited yesterday and my visit was perfect! My new car is ordered and I’m really happy. The staff in the showroom was fantastic. The lady on the front desk was really friendly and professional and directed me where to go clearly. My appointment with Caroline Flanagan went really well. Caroline is an absolute star, she’s really friendly and professional. Thank you
I serviced my car and had the diagnostics check for my car in December and this service/diagnostics messed my car. Now since the ownership has changed when I call them to rectify this-I am told that I should pay for the diagnostics again. Appalling customer service. Never expected this customer service from BMW ?? Even a local car dealer would provide better customer service . For a well known brand and showroom - this is ridiculous !!! So what if you guys have changed ownership.. for me as a customer the service you provide is important !!!!! If you messed my car you need to be sorting this out without extra changes !!!!
