Avoid, avoid. Took my sprinter for a service which was booked 2weeks in advance only to be told that the booking wasn't put in the system despite email confirmation. This was resolved by a very helpful service assistant but it meant that no van for 2days. When I went back to collect the van 2 days later I was told by a receptionist that she didn't have any idea where my van was parked and who has the keys 🤔 and I should look around for it!!! taking the van it started indicating a warning of high level oil. I go back to the garage 10days later and Ash (Service Advisor) proceds to tell me that it is not an issue as the engine oil expands when it heats up when asked to confirm that in writing he immediately refused and said that I need to bring the van in the next day at 6am. Which I happily did. After just over 2hours they finally finished. When asked what was wrong with it I was rudely told that MARSHALLS do not share any information with you about what they do to your vehicle and this is their company policy. I believe this was done so they don't get held accountable for any issues that may arise from their wrongdoing. I'm yet to see any company policy that states that I'm not entitled to know what you did wrong and had to repair. I chose 1 start as no less is available

Outstanding service. Just had a Sprinter serviced and received the best customer service - polite, helpful and extremely helpful particularly lady answering the telephone.

Excellent customer service. The staff over here are very helpful. This is the local Mercedes dealer for us which we use for our fleet services & parts purchases. Very helpful in service bookings & parts purchases. Even during this Pandemic the service & parts were operational all throughout which was helpful to us to make sure our fleet was in running condition. The downside is the cost of labour is expensive than parts. Dave who is one of the technicians working here is a very good technician diagnoses the problem correctly & repairs it.

Very disappointed with there customer service and professionalism ere. The waiting time to be seen by someone is beyond disbelief given I was the only customer. Will definitely avoid returning.

I have been going to Marshall Mercedes commercial van service in Croydon for a few years now for routine service as well as warranty work on our Mercedes Sprinter and the new Vito and the service was outstanding and reasonably priced every time. Mr. Johnie Souliotis in particular is one of their very experienced top mechanics and he has been very helpful, careful and efficient when tending to our vehicles. I highly recommend Marshall Mercedes Croydon and Johnie Souliotis, I feel very privileged to be able to entrust our Mercedes vehicles to them and will happily continue to do so for years to come.
