I'm not sure I could have had a better experience. I bought into the salesperson Peter, who appeared to understand what I was looking for, was excellent with his communication and follow up, and has delivered within my budget exactly what I was after and more. Exceptional experience.
Excellent customer service as usual from Doves. Nicola went the extra mile to help me find the car I needed. This is why I will keep going back to Doves in Croydon
Peter excelled at guiding me through the Motability scheme process which is new to me. He is very personable and demonstrated extensive knowledge of the scheme and the car I ordered. Peter’s attention to detail and care was very much appreciated especially during the handover on the date of delivery including the very welcome touch of setting up my profile for the car. Overall a very positive experience at the dealership including the helpful Sharon greeting us when we arrived and the young gentleman (I think named Jack) who took us on our original test drive.
The after sales service i have received with Doves has always been good, staff are courteous and helpful. More recently I had my car serviced and I was really pleased to see the care and attention they all took in respect to social distancing, mask wearing and hand sanitising. They even covered the steering wheel and gear stick which was removed just before I got back in my car at the end of the day. This made me feel safe, and confident that they cared about their customers and employees.
Very nice and helpful staff. Informative too. Very happy with the vehicle we bought and the service as it was delivered and handed over to us. They were more than helpful when we asked further questions after delivery.
