Friendly staff, social distance, and sanitisation stations in place
GO ELSEWHERE...Possibly the worst service I have ever experienced! I booked my car in for a service/central lock repair and they kept it for two days and returned the car with NOTHING repaired or serviced. All warning lights on the dash remain on and the central locking doesn't work at all. I tried calling and telling them but I was passed from one operator to another and then they cut the line. After finally getting through, no one was able to explain why nothing was repaired despite having the car for two days.
Slow service department. The car was supposed to be ready by 1:00 but not returned untill 5:00
No provision to wait whilst the car was being serviced. Had to wait on the street outside. I appreciate the current restrictions but feet they could provide an outside seating area.
At the moment I speak for the sales service.
Excellent service.
Flowers and chocolates in the van when we collected.

Service - a bit unfriendly at reception, but otherwise good. Very attentive when collecting the car and more like the Dees I know!! They keep you informed by text and email throughout.
