I have recently bought a car for the first time from Arnold Clark Leyland. The sales person Samantha Brewer couldn't be more helpful. Everything I wanted in my car I got. She listened and took note of just what I wanted and I now have it and love it! Would highly recommend Samantha Brewer if you are looking to purchase a new car.

Bank holiday Monday I went to Arnold Clark Leyland to view a possible new car. I was Greeted by a really nice sales man called Jamie, he was really helpful with all the questions that I asking as well you was able to have a laugh with him as it kept the conversations flowing. I was able to take the car out for a test drive with a lovely young lady Chelsea who again was very pleasant to chat to having a laugh and getting to know the car more whilst driving it making you feel completely comfortable in the car. Following this experience and how great the deal was for the car and how great the people were whilst in around the store I decided that I'd by the car. The following day everything had been sorted out with me part exchanging the my current car at the time I was able to pick the car up on that Tuesday very quick turn around and great service

Fantastic service. Never felt rushed into any decision, unlike in other dealerships. The salesman and Product Geniuses were so helpful. I will 100% be purchasing my next car from here.

DONT BUY FROM ARNOLD SHARK!!! On 22nd august 2018 I bought a VW Touran (1.6 diesel, 2013) from Arnold Clark Leyland Motorstore. In addition I purchased a 2-year extended warranty from Autocare (part of the Arnold Clark business). I paid £11,000 through finance on a 5-year deal. On 18th april, while driving on M6, the DSG automatic gearbox stopped responding and the car wouldn't move in any direction. I called Autocare - the extended warranty provider - and they towed the car to Arnold Clark Leyland. After arriving there both parties refused to repair the car under the warranty stating that the car is used as a private hire vehicle (PHV). Autocare unilaterally canceled the extended  warranty policy claiming that they won't cover taxis. On the day I purchased the car I informed the seller about my plans of using the vehicle as a PHV. The seller - RYAN CROUCH - was the one that encouraged me in taking this warranty, misleading me. Same person failed to provide copies of T&Cs, at any point me being aware of any condition. Even now I still can't have access to these T&Cs. The booklet is a mystery to anyone that complained about it. In the meantime, I still have to pay both the finance company and the insurer for this useless vehicle. I had to hire another vehicle in order to do my job. Paying for this settle car is a big blow for my family budget, not to mention that there is no chance to pay for the repairs on the VW. Before this I had two major problems with another car bought from Arnold Shark. Failed clutch after just 5 days and snaped timing chain, having to replace the engine on my BMW 1 series. DONT BUY FROM ARNOLD SHARK!!!
