Extremely happy with my new car and the customer service I received from Becky Davies. Travelled down from Glasgow as I saw a car that I liked with the mileage I was looking for. Throughout, I found Becky to be extremely helpful and friendly from the start. Before travelling down Becky even emailed me some detailed videos of the car which highlighted the key features and general condition. I've now had the car for 2 weeks and Becky's been in touch again to ensure that I'm happy with everything and to see if I have any questions. Would happily recommend this branch and Becky in particular.

I have recently purchased a car from Arnold Clark, Leyland. I cannot recommend this garage enough. I have bought many cars over the years and this was my first purchase from Arnold Clark and I will not hesitate to go back again. My salesman Adam Lamb, and Graham, were nothing but helpful throughout my visits. They were attentive, knowledgeable, experienced and did not force any sales on me. Above all the service was professional, extremely personable and they went out of their way to make my experience with Arnold Clark an enjoyable and memorable one.

I would avoid this place at all costs!! They promise you the earth and then fob you off as soon as they hand the car over to you! Dealt with a lad called Jamie who said that if you have any issues contact him straight away but then never takes a call from you! They tell you the car will be valeted before collection and when we collected it there was drink stains on the doors and and dried mud in both front foot wells. My 3 year old daughter could of done a better job with her toy hoover. They must go through rigorous training in how to lie and blag people. They only words to describe an Arnold Clark sales rep is “ politicians in training “ Again avoid at all costs because the stress and frustration they cause is simply not worth the hassle.
