I had an issue with the branch at the start and got a call from one of the managers who arranged for me to go back and speak to one of the people at the branch. I have to honestly say what a please dealing with this guy was and how professional the manager and person at the leyland office was. I would definitely use again and cannot say anything more than amazing. I work in IT and get to speak to lots of people and fantastic service does not give them enough credit.
Only 4 stars as they were running late when I dropped off my car and I was waiting around 30 mins after my appointment to be seen. Other than that, they were a pleasure to deal with. Simple quick inspection of the car and I was offered a final price that was slightly higher than what I was quoted online. Very happy overall.
