What a refreshing change this place is in terms of buying a car / van. I recently purchased a Nissan van from Ben at Electric Cars Uk and I’m delighted. There was no hard sell whatsoever but more a case of making sure what I bought was the right product for me. Bens knowledge of the product was impressive and I would suggest far better than most Nissan dealerships. Communication was first class not only before the purchase but also after with Ben happy to answer any questions that arose. This really does seem like a business intent on keeping customers happy so that you will go back again next time. I would have no hesitation in recommending them if you are in the market for an electric vehicle.
Couldn't be better with the service. Great communication via web chat, WhatsApp and phone. First time I've distance-bought a car but all the information I wanted was supplied promptly, including a personalised walk-around video. Finance and delivery arranged with no problems and the car was immaculate - better than expected. Top-notch service.
