This was our first time car buying and one of the most memorable experiences ever. It goes without saying that the car we bought was in great condition and exactly as described and we are so pleased with it. But the customer service went above and beyond. Tareq, the owner of Draytons was incredible and so helpful and provided the best customer aftercare I’ve ever experienced (and I shop a LOT). I can’t recommend Draytons more.

From start to finish the whole process was an absolute delight. Tareq was so incredibly helpful throughout and there was no hint of selling at all. His cars and the preparation he puts them all through speak for themselves so there really is no need to sell. All the guys in the business are warm and friendly (especially Bailey the Spaniel). Just a pleasurable experience from start to finish. The car is amazing. Thank you Draytons. We could not be happier.

Bought an Audi A5 from them and I can't be happier. I've seen loads of A5's before buying this one, but this was the cheapest, best condition (both inside and outside) and none of the other cars had the features that this one comes with (within this price range). Staff was really friendly and managed to help me with a nice and easy transaction. Would definitely recommend them.

The best car dealer I have ever come across in 20yrs. Customer service is in another league - friendly, considerate and go the extra mile. Selection of cars is brilliant as is the quality. I could not recommend enough.

If I could give Tareq and his colleagues 6 stars I would. I have been searching for an A3 Saloon for a while. I went to Car Giant, Cazoo etc and Audi Dealers not a patch on the Draytons service. Really impressed with the service I was given from start to finish. Would highly recommend Draytons. Thank you
