From new the car had some issues to be sorted out, I thought maybe a day or two, wrong on my part. Drop off on Friday collection Wednesday! Four stars? The communication could have been better, we love the smug feel that you have when driving one pedal electric, but it has to work for its living and it was missed. Uber vouchers helped a lot.

Bad service, great car. I took my Tesla Model 3 for a pre-arranged appointment at Park Royal at 10.30am on Friday Nov 20th. They said the repair--camera calibration--would take two hours and told me that they would be in touch as soon as it was finished. By 2pm, I had heard nothing, so sent two texts over the next hour. No answer. By 4pm, I had still heard nothing, so phoned Tesla central support. They phoned back and said the car was being worked on. At 5.50pm ten minutes before the service department closed for the whole of the weekend, I got a text message from Tesla saying the work had been completed. By then, it was too late. So, for three days for a minor calibration, I was without a car. What is the moral of this story? Don’t accept a Friday appointment from Park Royal unless you are willing to be without your car for the weekend. Don’t expect any sensible communication from Park Royal. Altogether, I received eight automated texts from the service department. None of them mentioned what was possibly the cause of the delay—a company bulletin requiring them to rework the electric harness due to water penetration. Sadly, this episode, trivial in itself, is typical of Tesla. A multi-billion dollar company which scorns communications with its customers (and the media), but relies on tweets from its boss is in urgent need of improvement. Tesla has potentially a great future because it has a technological lead and produces world-beating cars, but not if it goes on like this. Adam Raphael

Was there for a charge but there are always ample charging spaces including (I believe) the fastest charging points for Tesla in the UK.

Tested the model 3 and model x. Great cars but the sales people are so useless. Never respond to emails. I would have bought 3 tesla by now for my wife and son as well but have decided for a competotor instead. Tesla has nice products but their sales staff is the worse on the planet.

The difference between a great experience and awful experience can be as simple as basic communication. Nice staff when you're there, but nearly impossible to get in touch with them once you've drop your car off for a service. I'm still trying to get any update on the ETA for my car 4 days after expecting to collect it. I've tried them on the phone, email and text, but it's like a black hole of communication. I'm now left having to look at hire cars as they won't provide a curtesy cars. If it's going to take longer, just please keep me in the loop.
