Fantastic service! I came to the Renault West London branch to buy my first electric car, a Renault Zoe I GT Line Rapid Charge and I was met by Sales Executive, Omar Sabir, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable on the vehicle and was very easy to get on with. He made the sales process seamless, uncomplicated and kept me informed throughout. Thank you so much for your help. Omar, you are an asset to Renault. I highly recommend.

I received excellent service in November 2018 at Renault London West (which was one's car pleasantly surprising comparing it to other Renault dealerships I've dealt with in the past). My Zoe was checked in for annual service, 2 recalls and my MOT. I was given a clear estimate of cost and time frame in advance, and regular updates throughout. The service was completed on time as promised. Paul and all his colleagues at the service bookings department were friendly, helpful, and caring. Servicing one's car doesn't have to be a pain - Renault London West are doing an excellent job, and their other London dealerships should really try to learn a thing or two from them.

We bought a Renault Zoe under a business contract. At the time of sale we were told by salesman Jarrod, that the charger will be installed for us at no cost. Only to later find out as its a business contract its not free. So we were passed around to customer services of Renault, which refused to cover the cost and passed us again to contact the place where we bought it. I have tried to speak to the manager Murtaza, and not been able to get through. It had been very difficult to get in touch with anyone in charge as they do not care once the car is sold. The after sales service is poor. It has been around 4 to 5 months since we got the car and still have not had a resolution for the charger we were supposed to get. I would not recommend buying from this branch, simply because they do not care about how they sell the cars, and are poor at resolving any issues. A great disappointment from Renault, we regret coming to this branch. This has put off getting the much needed vans for the business and would rather buy other brands just for the lack of respect for the customers, and poor communication.
