I don't normally like dealing with car dealerships but this one is great! They're really considerate and helpful and I never feel as though they are trying to rip me off. Wonderful customer experience across the board: sales, repair, and pretty much everyone you talk to is polite and respectful. I also got a good deal when buying my car.

I normally don’t go out of my way to write a review but I had to, under the circumstance. I’ve been going to West London Nissan for 5 years, every year I receive exceptional service, amazing, till this year... I dropped my car in after making a booking online and when I arrived I was refused to leave my vehicle, as there was no booking on the system even though I had an email to confirm. Nevertheless Bob explained to me why and we were able to move forward after countless begging of why I needed to leave my vehicle, for diagnostic work and servicing. My car was there for almost 1 month!!! I called up numerous times to get a progress update. Not once did Bob call me to keep me posted. Awful. The receptionist barely answered the phone and when I was supposedly transferred through, I was on hold up to the point, where I had to leave a voicemail !! I kindly asked Bob if there was anything he could do to compensate me for the 4 week wait and he said he would knock off £40, which really was only £30 when I added everything up. I personally felt there was no lack of sympathy due to the stress of not having a car. Upon collection of my car I noticed my off side rear tyre was FLAT! & wasn’t like this when I dropped it off. I asked to speak to the manager Neil but Bob more of less shrugged me off, he said he would top it up and ask me to monitor it. Clearly there is a puncture which has occurred on site with Nissan and my tyre is still losing pressure & to top it off my SERVICE LIGHT has NOT been RESET ! I’m fuming. Normally I receive a feedback sms but coincidentally I haven’t this year. What’s funny is that I’m also a service advisor at Watford Audi so I know how things work ;) I received poor customer service, poor work, how do I even know if the service has been done if the light hasn’t been reset. Awful customer experience.

We were very pleased with Roger, for him I will give 6 stars, he is one of the best over there.😊 Very polite and excellent customer service from Roger😊 Poor customer service from others, I left 3 messages and no call back. Lady said that she called but she couldn’t get through. I just don’t believe you guys. Left my car on Monday morning, today is Friday and I just find out that my car was ready to collect on Wednesday. Absolutely rediciulous. What kind of customer service is it?! Before you buy a car everyone is so nice and polite but after that you are nothing for them. They just don’t care. I left one more message, wonder if I get a call back🤣. Very dissapointed!😏

Very impressed with the service I received from Immanuel who skilfully and seamlessly guided me through the entire process of purchasing a new car. He made it a totally positive experience from start to finish. Nothing was too much for him - even when I spilt coffee on my brand new car (long story) I felt that I could ask him for help. He very kindly arranged for it to be cleaned on the same day. All I had to do was bring my car to him and he did the rest! If you want to buy a new car from Nissan London West, ask for Immanuel Prodano. He is the best!

I was spoke to a gentleman called Tony from Parts and I have to say he was amazing on the phone. Very polite, well spoken and helped me discuss the parts I needed. Being a car novice, he explained what I needed and how much it would cost.. He delivered what I call old skool customer service. He left me feeling like a valued customer. The world needs more Tony's at the end of the phone!!
