Really pretty flagship store with multiple floors of cars and facilities. You can spend quite a bit of time looking around this place, it's massive. I get my car serviced here as part of the Audi club. The engineers do a great job and the service team are good to deal with. The sales staff are a bit too pushy though. Due to covid, proper procedures are followers and tables are cleaned for each visitor.

I don’t dislike the place at all. It’s just that I had my MOT done a few weeks ago and then received an email from Audi informing me that a scheduled service was due. So, I asked them by phone why wasn’t I informed at the time when the MOT was due as it would’ve saved me time to have both services done at the same time. The response on the phone was almost unintelligible. I therefore drove to Audi to get an explanation. A service manager dealt with me and actually went with me to my parked car. He got in the car and located the info on the dashboard. Apparently the service wasn’t due for a few weeks which explains a lot. He was very helpful and the designated service would be notified on the dashboard at nearer the date. So I have to book a time and date nearer the time. QED.

Excellent service from Michael. He made sure the whole experience was enjoyable even when they discovered a fault on the car computer when I went to pick it up the first time! Michael could not have done anymore the manage the situation.

The customer service provided by Lea from the parts department was very good, he was able to source the part for my vehicle for the same day which was very helpful. I was very happy with the service provided.

from start to finish, this branch have been awful for me - was questioned on why i wanted to test drive it as "its an Audi, you'll know it'll be nice" and if i didn't put a deposit down that same day there was a line of people waiting to buy it. once we finalised all the paperwork i was then told that there was only one available key and when i picked it up i highlighted the same day several issues with the car that took over a month to get booked in and then was told that certain features weren't actually installed on this car and would require me to pay to get them installed. they had also failed to file the relevant documents with the DVLA haven chased them weekly on it. i don't fault Audi, but I'd be cautious of buying from this branch again.
