Please - absolutely avoid at all costs! Or else it will cost you a fortune! I bought an Audi A1 from them this summer and have just had to fork out for a new water pump, timing belt and various other components, all of which were causing the engine to dangerously overheat and if left, would have caused thousands of pounds worth of engine damage. Not to mention the risk whilst driving with an engine reaching temperatures of 130 degrees plus. The work that needed to be done was in excess of £600 and it's just incredible how the the "full service" they claimed to have carried out just prior to me purchasing the car, had apparently not picked up these issues i.e. it was clearly totally bogus. The fact they also refused to sell me the car with any warranty, obviously knowing full well these problems existed, is just disgusting. Untrustworthy cowboys. Please don't make the same mistake I did in giving them any of your money.

I bought a car at this vantage auto that disappointed they are a big lier my car has gearbox problems although it has two months warranty they did not solve the problem when I called them to solve the problem they said we will call you in two minutes .never call me or answer my phone they are a very powerful cheater I suggest to everyone never go to these garage that is shameful

I have to say really bad customer service. I came with my car which was very old and had a faulty gearbox and I was too scared to drive with my children in a faulty car so I needed a new car. I bought and part exchanged my car here, came across various problems after I left, I returned in person less than 15 minutes after leaving with the new car to query these problems and they could not advise or help at all, actually made it worse. I also phoned on multiple occasions regarding the log book, issues inside the car also problems with the gearbox when I had told them my previous car had gearbox problems and I asked them how is the gearbox, to which they answered it’s fine. Each time I phoned it was “ok I will call you back in two minutes” to obviously hear nothing again. Luckily my car is ok and on the road but it has cost me a lot of extra stress and money - maybe if they had just been upfront about any other issues to honest customers. Cheers for the car but they were quite dishonest which is why I’m leaving this review as it could potentially leave somebody else in danger.

I saw a car which Vantage had. I got a great part exchange deal on my car. Amer was great and he also reduced the price on my new purchase. Both of us enjoyed completing the deal. He promised to replace a CDC which had mysteriously disappeared on my new purchase when I went to collect it. Amer shows fantastic customer service. And he is a keen Man Utd supporter!

It has been one hell of a weekend, but the owner has remained very calm and very helpful. The quality of service is next to nothing on earth. I am extremely happy!
