I have not had the best luck with big dealerships in the past, mainly big ones like Car Giant. Thankfully I stumbled across Town Cars which I have to say is the elite when it comes to standards for dealerships. Customer Service 10/10 Communication 10/10 Car Satisfaction 10/10 You don't feel pressured into making a decision on the day you are looking to buy, you are guided and 100% informed on what you have come to purchase. Recently purchased a Mini Countryman Cooper S from Town Car Sales and was thoroughly impressed. As well as Brian being friendly and welcoming, it was far from a pushy and uncomfortable sales experience, which is really rare to find so it made the whole process a lot more enjoyable as this was my first car purchase that wasn't a 'cheap runaround'. Safe to say I was out of touch with the technology in cars nowadays so Brian really helped by giving me a thorough demo of it all before I drove off. Would highly recommend visiting here. Thank you!

We purchased a Discovery sport from Danny and Brian and we couldn’t recommend them enough. There was no pressure at all when looking over at the car or afterwards. We felt we were in good hands and they made us feel very reassured that if we did happen to have any problems with the car or queries, that they will be there to help where they can. On top of that they were both lovely guys and didn’t come across as just wanting to make a sale. We would definitely visit them again when purchasing any future cars.

A really positive experience buying a Mini Cooper from Town Cars. I’d been putting off changing my car because of pretty poor experiences with other garages in the past. This couldn’t have been more different - no pressure or stress, and no hard sell. Danny was very helpful and straightforward - he called me when he said he would, explained the car clearly, and kept the paperwork simple and organised. And I’m thrilled to bits with the Mini! I can’t imagine wanting to change it any time soon but I’ll definitely come back here next time I’m looking for a car. Thank you!
