Tested the new BMW
Couldn't fault this place. I went in and was greeted very professionally and ended up dealing with a girl called Amanda, she was so helpful and really made me feel comfortable in buying a mini (I'd never had one before) she answered all the questions and showed me around the cars. I would definitely recommend speaking to her as she was fantastic and really knows her stuff!

Recently came in to discuss my car options due to my finance nearing the end with another brand, the red head sales girl Amanda I dealt with put my at ease straight away, very professional and knowledgeable. Although i was not able to purchase I feel much more informed about my options
I collected my new mini just over a week from the point I purchased her and I have not stopped smiling since, I would like to thank everyone at Stephen James that made the experience pleasant and stress free! In particular I would like to thank Alexandra for the personalised video I received which along with a friendly smile gave me a great insight to how "Maggie" the mini works.
