Bought a used car from Michael W, couldn't have been a better experience. Very nice, personable, helpful and understanding guy. I’ve got to say the whole experience was fantastic. The process for getting people in to the centre and sanitising worked well, with a minimum wait too. I had a minor issue with a valve cap which Dean (the advisor) said could be sorted without problem. The “see it now” video, documents and everything else were handled seamlessly. I’ll happily travel the 60 miles to get it serviced via Stephen James than go to a local dealer. After dealing with many dealerships over the years; I can happily say that the experience at Stephen James from buying to aftersales has been the easiest, smoothest and contained the highest level of communication.

Unfortunately for my experience Stephen James BMW suffers from poor customer care .Reception staff were great but disappointed by the rest. I booked break fluid change only .when I collect car I noticed amber "!" in service history I was advised by Danny M. " because MOT has been done by someone else " I tried to resolve issues but Danny M. only repeat himself "do you understand me " I love my BMW but this is not The first time I have been disappointed by their service department.
