Extremely pleased with the service we have received at this dealership. Since 2012 we have bought 4 new Honda CR-V’s from Brayley, the most recent purchase in October 2020. We have always experienced a very professional approach from the staff at this dealership. Our last 2 car purchases have been facilitated by Anthony C. He is a good bloke who goes the extra mile to help his customers out. We would be happy to recommend this dealership having received a good customer experience from both the sales and service side of the business.

Got my first vehicle recently from Brayley Honda Enfield. I had an amazing all-round experience. Anthony is a top sales person who is really looking after you. The whole purchase was easy and clear. He was very supportive. Also, we highlighted a few things to check and polish on the car (I was buying a used one). We got everything done very quickly and photos sent back to us. The test drive was very comprehensive and I did not feel rushed in unlike in many other places. My family is also very happy with my purchase. I think I would come over to that dealership when I need something, even though I am based in West London. All the best, keep up a good work, Anthony !

EDIT: You all started parking here again if there are no spaces im going to park in your entrance see how you like it had enough now tbh They need to provide parking for their staff as a near by resident all the staff take our spaces cant even park where I live its a joke Ford are the same im going to get everyone I know to park at Honda and see how you guys like it

Came in for a Takata airbag recall. It was fitted in an hour. Plenty of social distancing going on. Tea, water and coffee self service in the waiting room. Friendly staff. 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I didnt go to the showroom, but to the parts department. The man who served me was so helpful, as I am no car expert, but he took the time to make sure he ordered exactly what I needed, including bolts, pins etc, which I would not have thought to order. Great service!! Thanks!
