Bought a great car from a straight up Salesman! John listened to our requirements and met them, whilst maintaining a reasonable price. Everything from the reception staff to the after-sales service was on point! We'll be buying our fleet from Brayleys from now on and I'm in the process of buying my personal car from there as well. The Customer Service provided by the Sales Person named Dan was excellent by putting the customer first since the start of the sale. I will definitely recommend Brayley Kia Enfield although I wasn’t able to purchase the Kia Rio. Long Story short, went to the dealership to buy a Kia Rio and they didn’t have the Satin Silver I wanted but Dan told me to leave a deposit and said he’ll try his best to get me one after talking to other dealerships. After a couple days he came back to me with the Satin Silver Kia Rio but unfortunately my Finance was declined. Straight away over the phone without any hesitation he processed the refund. Overall good experience and will recommend.

A very poor service, I went to pick up Niro from the Enfeild dealership and I was not given a set of new set of Kia car mats which was initially agreed with a sales person instead I was told I could buy a new set of car mats from the Honda dealer ship across the forecourt at additional cost of £65.00. It’s not really about the money, it’s about the principal when you have agreement you should honour it . To add insult to injury, they accused me of lying about the matter, is that a way to treat a paying customer. I would recommend you get everything in writing or even better record the conversation. I also was not given a charging bag to keep the loose cable in so it does not get damaged. I was brushed of with a lame excuses and I feel that once I payed they just wanted to get rid of me. Sorry but the customer service needs looking into and needs big improvement. I really feel like returning the car over this as I am still in the 14 day cooling of period
