Ok, thank you for sorting.
The service team were brilliant by waiting 15 minutes after closing when I phoned ahead to say I was going to be late. Let me bring my car in the evening before after I said I was unable to bring it in on the day due to short notice work commitments and very accommodating. Communication throughout the day was top and I was kept informed throughout
I would just like to say the service I received from Gates of Enfield was A+++++
The sales representative Mr Collins Okull was extremely helpful and polite. He explained everything to us without us feeling pressured. He also was very knowledge and gave us peace of mind.

Bad experience just came to take money back.
Not very good after sales service, when i was sold my car by Jordan he told me my service plan would be swapped over to my new car no problems everything will be the same no need for you to do anything, when i had the mot done on my new car i was told i would have to pay £54 , i explained that the cost was included in my service plan, i was then told that it was not, i explained to the sales manager that Jordan told me everything would be the same no changes to the plan which turned out to be wrong, he just blamed me for not checking it and stuck up for his salesman, after a bit of negotiation he let me have the mot for £35! that was nice of him wasn't it! not the sort of service i expect from Ford,
