Just had the delight of selling my Volvo with Peter C, at the Enfield branch. He was so charismatic and friendly and really put me at ease. I didnt know what to expect walking in but he was absolutely lovely and cheerful and brightened up my day! What a treasure for We Buy Any Car! Money is already in the account too. Excellent experience and would come back again.
If you have a day to waste try to sell your van to this lot. We visited and got a price and were told to return with certain docs which we did, taking along someone to give us a lift back. After messing about for 45 mins, the lady working there, after advising us that she was a ‘man hater’, asked us for more details although the day before she had confirmed that she could deal with all the requirements with the docs she asked for. Having spent hours hanging around we gave up. Piece of advice, part exchange it’s much simpler, very little difference in price and painless, never again.

Beware of dealing with this company. Ignore their marketing and false claims and go elsewhere. The shark I dealt with even said to me as I left 'we're a £1bn company and no amount of bad publicity will have any effect on us'. Please listen to me.
Robbing people lure you in with a decent price then tut went they see tiny scratches on a 5 year old car. Then offer you £700 less. Dont waste your petrol or time
