Some disappointment with my service.?? Maybe my colour didn't fit
My car recently went in for repair overnight, and couldn’t be driven until fixed. Unfortunately this meant that I couldn’t get from Enfield to my home in Kent. After overhearing my predicament, the services advisor, Sandra and her two colleagues, Roberto and Narinder offered me a courtesy car for two days, which was above and beyond what I expected. They were all compassionate and so kind; especially Sandra who went out of her way to make sure I felt happy and at ease. Her customer service was impeccable, and I am so thankful for her help.
Excellent service as always from from Enfield. Staff have always been very helpful especially a lovely lady called Sandra who really helped me out and got my car seen to quickly. Many thanks.

I recently brought a Kadjar from Renault Enfield, on arrival we were greeted by Harry Donaldson, who was very friendly & made us feel welcome straight away. Harry was very helpful, full of knowledge, he gave us some great advice along the way and even offered a very reasonable part exchange price for our old car. I found the whole process from start to finish very simple, as every step and stage was clearly explained to me. I would highly recommend to anyone, if your looking for a Renault, then Enfield Renault is the place to go.
