Since the recession I’ve witnessed a massive increase in prices for goods and services. The quality of goods are hard to assess; however, the quality in customer service - in my opinion - has dramatically dropped to an all-time low. Maybe this is because we are all so overworked, or perhaps money has become the only important aspect of business. With Clever Car Buyer, I was treated to a rare experience; that not only left me with absolute assurance about my purchase but also the feeling of value for money. I bought a relatively high mileage 3 year old car and used Clever Car Buyer's pre-purchase inspection service. I wanted the peace of mind knowing that I was not being "sold a pup". They were very thorough, super efficient and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this especially as, with the clean bill of health in the report, I decided I didn't need to pay for an expensive warranty, which saved me many times the cost of the inspection service.

Without sounding like an old-fashioned cliche, as a single female I had absolutely NO clue what I was doing when it came to buying a second-hand car. I was wary of too good to be true deals as had previously been sold a car that quickly cost me a fortune in repairs - I didn't want to make that mistake again. It was worth having the Clever Car Buyer pre-purchase inspection because the car did indeed have one fairly major fault - that the seller rectified before I completed my purchase. If I hadn't used this service, I would have ended up paying out an expensive parts & labour cost. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for the peace of mind & money saved.

Super efficient and really friendly service. The CCB guys really knew their stuff and it was a very thorough check. After getting stung heavily on my last one its great to know that my latest BlueMotion is in pretty much "straight off the production line" condition! Well worth the fee for the peace of mind - I'd definitely recommend!
