Not a bad car for the money and delivered to

Hidden damages, manipulated engines and shameless warranty partners. Cheesy and unreliable dealer. The car I purchased to “The Car Traders UK” (NT Traders Ltd, in Edmonton North) displayed the engine warning light just way home. I took it to a third-party servicer (Halfords in my case), as I didn’t trust the dealer and the servicers they work with, because I suspected the failure was not new, and it had just been temporary fixed to sell the car. Surprisingly, Halfords said the engine had been MANIPULATED and even there was still a loose cable. Also, they could replicate the temporary fix by moving some cables. However, they strongly recommended that I should take the car to the official servicer if the engine warning light displayed again, since the failure was not evident and the engine had been manipulated. As the warning light displayed again a few days after that, I took the car to the official servicer, but they could not find anything in the regular inspection. After a second and deeper inspection, they could identify an engine valve failure. Final invoice so far: over £400 (and it is just the beginning). Hilariously, in the last discussion with the dealer, they said I should have come to them before, as they had cheaper servicers they work with. I cracked up... Indeed, the same cheesy ones that could not fix the engine warning light and also made a bypass to sell the car… To add insult to injury, after having sold me a car with hidden damages, the engine manipulated and a warranty that declines to cover the fix, because apparently, an engine valve is not an engine valve, the salesman told me: “I don’t see what is wrong, how can we help you?” Also, another beam bulb did not work and the alloys they promised to send me have not arrived after one and a half months. But don't be mean, probably, there is a problem in the post office or something…

Very good service. I really like their friendly way to treat customers. I just bought from them so I can't say anything about the level of satisfaction, but so far quality/price 5stars

i would recommend The car Traders i bought a 2011 Corsa there was problems with the glove box and will be ordering a new one and will be fitting the new glove box cover when it has arrived. also i had problems starting the car the starting one of the mechanics arrived has a look at the car and sorted out the problem,the car is going great give a call full recommendation

I recently inquired about a car (Hybrid) and they provided me with a very good customer service. I had been looking on fb market to buy a car but guys its better to buy from a trader and I am lucky to have brought my car last night from them. They delivered my car to my address as well.
