5 star experience at blackheath BMW. I felt very safe with social distancing measures adhered too. Dean was informative and made the transaction easy this is my second car from Dean and will back in the summer for a second family car.
I recently bought BMW 3 series 318d and I was very happy with the service that’s been provided. I will recommend Stephen James Blackheath to everyone that looks for excellent customer service. The staff were very helpful throughout the all time.
Brilliant experience. We bought an i3 from Paul and his team in mid July. Paul sourced us the perfect car and his team were exemplary throughout. Fast and professional, I would definitely use them again.
A great dealership with first rate service - looked at a vehicle pre lock down where the Sales executive Anand was fantastic in his product knowledge and was not simply pushing to sell the vehicle but took time to understand the customer's needs. Lock down happened a few days later, however, when I contacted the dealership upon opening the service, experience and overall process was first rate despite reduced staffing and limited process. Dean and Paul were completely customer focused from sales execution through to after sales support and care ensuring all open items were addressed in a timely manner.
Superb buying experience and would strongly recommend.
