Bought a VW crafter a year ago nothing but issues had no bulbs in the headlights which I realised when I arrived home from actually buying the vehicle , two days later alternator went then the water pump went the following week , they issue no paperwork for the three month warranty and then try to explain any term or condition to get out of paying for repairs , van has had A bad oil leak Since bought it and I really wish I never went there , I never usually complain but this was a huge amount of money for me to spend and I really wish I went somewhere else.

My partner purchased a van from this small garage and has been a very good experience. Following a test drive a years MOT was added and all faults were rectified. Hassle free experience. Following a good long drive, van is now living a new life in Cornwall! Highly recommended.

I've left it a while before writing this review because if there were issues I wanted them to materialize. 500 miles later so far so good. I bought a van from Diesels R US and as soon as I phoned I knew I was on to a good thing. Polite, courteous and easy to talk to sums up my initial experience. The van was one of the best I had seen and I'd seen a lot. Ray was fantastic (proper London as I would say and I loved his banter. Sorry Ray) He let me test drive it for ages and even had to shunt half his stock about to get it out. I went back a few times unannounced to look at it and there was no pressure at all. l was made to feel welcome on every visit. The van was given a years MOT and a service. I have to say that despite my fears of buying second hand, they put my worries to rest. Very impressed. Great service and great guys. Very happy. Thanks guys.

Very friendly and helpful guys. Also very patient - as a new driver I asked many questions and all were answered and explained to me with no problem. No issues with test drive even though they need to move other cars first. They even delivered my car as I was not confident enough to drive that time. Overall great customer service and lovely cars.
