"We aren't allowed to give out part numbers". Seriously?
Arrived promptly at 12 for what should have been a quick look at 2 specific models, was eventually seen at 1235 which is understandable but why put an appointment in if it can't be withheld. Only had 5 to 10 mins of viewing time because I had used my lunch break to get there inbetween meetings. Service was ok after that but still knew what I wanted to purchase but if they treat prospective clients like this, then I would not like to see how they treat current customers.
Absolute jokers .don't want anyone looking around post covid always unhelpful bought a Taycan from top end private dealer instead

How many if them can afford Porsches yet they think they're special. Your not .learn about customer excellence and warmth when explaining new protocols. When I visited I was told cant look around...i wasent touching ...looking with eyes .
I had a slashed tyre on one of my Porsche’s and couldn’t find the locking wheel nut key, the parts manager went through the box with all the keys and lent me the garages own key before ordering one for me. Truly superb service after I had dealt with another a Porsche dealer(Porsche Hatfield)who wanted to book me in for an assessment first at a cost and then charge for finding the right key.
