I regretted taking my Cab to this dealer, from Monday to Friday ( five days ) No Cab, No Job, just Standby. As I got my cab back problems again not starting at all. Bad service and lack of communication.
Really friendly and professional sales Staff both Alfie and Derek, took me though the whole buying, licensing, meter and credit card stuff. Top quality handover that took over 90 minutes, they were so patient with me.
So glad I didn’t buy from here. I had issue with cab 1st question was did you buy from us? What sort of question is that. Because I said no they were not interested and told me to go to where I bought the cab.
Another txe driver arrived after me and was told the same. Very bad , I won’t be coming here again and won’t recommend anyone to buy from here.
Went in there yesterday and spoke to the salesman Alfie, much better than brewery road lot by far
Not good place to take your taxi for repairs,they are after the warranty money.
Customer services appalling.
